The objectives of the Serco Supplier Diversity Program are to:
- Ensure that all categories of small businesses are given a fair opportunity and consideration to participate in Serco's subcontracting process.
- Provide all Serco personnel who are involved in the acquisition of materials and services adequate tools and training to enhance their ability to meet the Serco's supplier diversity goals and objectives.
