It is also Serco's policy to facilitate the achievement of its negotiated subcontracting goals by developing the capabilities of, and pursuing opportunities to award subcontracts and other procurements to small business partners.
To help achieve these objectives, Serco has set up a Supplier Network Portal that enables small businesses to register, view, and collaborate around specific subcontracting opportunities.
