Edward J. Casey, Jr.

Ed Casey joined Serco Inc. in November 2005 as chairman and chief executive officer after 25 years as a growth-oriented business executive, financier and entrepreneur. His background includes leading large corporate organizations, launching new business ventures and managing private equity.
As the North American business of one of the world’s leading and most respected service companies, Serco Inc. draws on a depth of global transformation and management experience to design and deliver innovative service solutions for military, government and commercial customers. The company integrates its capabilities in human resources, logistics, systems integration, and transportation and aviation services to help customers improve processes, achieve mission objectives and exceed ever-increasing public expectations. Serco Inc. has approximately 6,500 employees across the United States and Canada.
Before joining Serco, Ed was president of Virginia-based Lowell Partners LLC, a private investment firm specializing in energy and early-stage investments in emerging technologies. Prior to founding Lowell Partners, he was a managing director with UBS Warburg LLC providing investment banking services to large capitalization companies. He also has been a managing partner of the Fremont Group, where he was responsible for private equity investments focused on the communications and energy and infrastructure sectors.
Ed is recognized as one of the executives who helped shape the deregulated energy industry, launching one of the utility industry’s first fully competitive power project development and marketing businesses and securing the first federal approval of a utility-affiliated marketing operation. He also served as president and chief operating officer of Tenneco Energy, where he was responsible for one of the nation’s largest natural gas pipeline systems, energy marketing and the development of natural gas pipeline and electric power generation projects worldwide. He later founded NP Energy, which grew to be the fourteenth largest electricity marketer in the United States in its second year of operation.
Ed began his career in investment banking with The Blackstone Group and other Wall Street firms, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
A resident of Charlottesville, Virginia, Ed earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and a master of business administration degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He serves on the Global Management Board of Serco Group plc and the Board of Directors of Serco Integrated Transport. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council and also has been personally active in philanthropic, academic and civic activities, and is a Vice Chairman of the Kennedy Center’s Corporate Fund.
Louis Addeo
Chief Operating Officer
Lou Addeo is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Serco. The former President of AT&T Government Solutions joined the Serco senior leadership team in 2007. Leveraging more than 30 years of experience within IT services, homeland security, and federal contracting, Lou oversees Serco’s human resources management, logistics, engineering, transportation, and professional services businesses.
He has held a number of operational leadership positions during his 30-year career at AT&T and draws on a depth of experience successfully revitalizing and leading business growth programs targeting the federal civilian, intelligence, and defense markets. Under Lou’s leadership, his business units consistently exceeded revenue growth expectations. He has been recognized and awarded by peers and customers for delivering outstanding service to federal agencies worldwide.
Lou has served on the board of the USO, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and on the Executive Committee of the Security Affairs Support Association. He was also one of 14 panel members of the Acquisition Advisory Panel charged with detailed review of Government Wide Contracting practices.
Lou holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Rutgers, and a Masters degree in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
George M. Anastasi
Business Unit Vice President, Human Resources Solutions
George is responsible for several major Department of Defense outsourcing services programs focused on serving a wide range of needs of military veterans and their families, including recruiting, education/training, processing, career transition and retirement.
Prior to joining the company in 1985, he served as a career Naval officer holding positions in the Navy Military Personnel Command, and the Office of The Chief of Naval Operations. He holds a BS in Education from State University of New York (1963), an MS in Naval Operations from the Naval War College (1975), and an MA in Management from the Naval War College (1981).
Kent D. Brown
Business Unit Vice President, Engineering
Kent Brown, based in San Diego, manages several major engineering and system installation contracts with the US Navy as well as several civilian federal agency customers. The contracts include C4ISR In-Service Engineering and integrated systems installation, and C4ISR, hull, mechanical and electrical programs supporting the US Navy surface and submarine communities.
Prior to re-joining the company in 1995, Kent was a Department Head with Advanced Communications Systems, Inc. (1993-1995), a Project Director with Resource Consultants, Inc., (1990-1993), and a Program Manager with Science Applications International Corporation, Comsystems Division, (1984-1990). He also served as an electronics technician in the US Navy onboard several ships and concluded his career as an instructor at the US Navy’s Advanced Electronics School.
Michelle DiCintio
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Michelle DiCintio is responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance and facilities matters in North America, including risk management, security, compliance and ethics. Michelle joined Serco in 2007, bringing with her more than 14 years of experience in providing legal counsel to senior corporate management on compliance and governance issues, as well as merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Michelle was an attorney with Jenner & Block and Dickstein Shapiro before joining General Dynamics Corporation as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. She managed more than 30 merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, including the General Dynamics acquisitions of Anteon and Veridian.
Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Redlands.
Bo Durickovic
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Bo Durickovic is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new industry sectors, pursuing mergers, acquisitions and industry partnerships, and directing the company’s strategic planning.
Bo has more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing and corporate strategy in the energy and technology industries. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and then gained experience in sales and marketing assisting two early stage companies, NP Energy and Trilogy. Bo was Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy for IMARK, an early stage software company that was sold for $340 million to FreeMarkets. He was also co-founder of two companies; Phiware, a company that provides enterprise business planning software solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and IMON, a producer of mass new media game shows. Bo also served briefly as Senior Corporate Strategy Consultant to Dell Inc.
Bo holds an undergraduate degree with Highest Distinction in Economics from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar.
Richard “Dick” Galanis
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Utilizing more than 30 years of experience with large growth companies in the federal contracting sector, Dick Galanis is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management systems and processes while supporting acquisition integration. Prior to joining Serco in 2008, Dick was the CFO of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (AIS), where he successfully integrated several key acquisitions, including the $1.5 billion Veridian acquisition in 2003 that more than doubled business unit revenue. He is also credited with integrating disparate accounting systems into one structure that streamlined operations.
Prior to the 1999 General Dynamics acquisition of GTE Government Systems, Galanis served as Director of Finance for the GTE Government Systems Electronic Systems division, where he strengthened the finance group by creating a customer-focused culture and improved collaboration within the business units.
Dick holds a BS in Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College.
Mike Henry
Business Unit Vice President, Transportation
Mike Henry has been with Serco since 1999 in a variety of senior marketing and operational positions. Currently, he heads the Transportation Business Unit with a diverse portfolio of contracts for federal, state/provincial and local government clients in both Canada and the United States. This includes responsibility for Air Traffic Control services and engineering contracts with the FAA and U.S. Navy; traffic management systems for the Georgia and North Carolina Departments of Transportation; base operations support for the Canadian Department of National Defense in Goose Bay, Labrador; Driver Examination Services for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation; and parking management contracts with Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Prior to joining Serco, he served in a variety of senior acquisition and command assignments for the United States Army including serving as a Director of Contracting at Fort Irwin, California with responsibility for the administration and acquisition of the Army’s largest outsourcing base operations service contract.
Mike is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point with a Bachelor Degree. He also has a Master of Art in Management from Webster University, St Louis, Missouri and a Master of Contract and Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ron Lewis
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Ron Lewis is responsible for technology strategy in North America, including strategic planning, client system integration consulting, and applications development. Ron most recently managed several IT-centered contracts, including with the Department of Defense, civilian federal agencies, state and local governments, and commercial clients.
Prior to joining the company in 1999, he was a Principal with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. (1994-1999), responsible for information technology business focused on document imaging, distance learning, financial management, and interactive electronic technical manuals. Previously, he was Vice President of Technology with Epcom Corporation (1990-1994) and Manager of Design Services with Tandem Computers, Inc. (1987-1990). He holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University (1980), an MS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University (1981), and has completed coursework for a PhD in Systems Engineering at Boston University.
Louis Montgomery
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Louis Montgomery leads the Human Resources functions of Serco North America which includes managing the recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits programs for our Canadian and U.S. employees.
Louis brings more than 20 years of experience in senior level staffing, performance management, compensation planning, employee/labor relations, succession planning and diversity management. Prior to joining Serco, he served as the North American director of human resources for AES Corporation, and spent several years as a senior HR professional at multiple Fortune 500 firms, including Frito Lay, Kraft Foods and Philip Morris.
Louis holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification with the Society for Human Resources Management and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Bob Mutchler
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Bob Mutchler heads business and market development activities in North America, including assessing market opportunities, partnership arrangements, and proposal/bid activities. His business development background spans over 20 years in the defense and IT industries. He has worked in all facets of operations for companies including CGI-AMS (formerly American Management Systems), Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, GRC International, Harris Corporation and most recently L-3 Titan Corporation.
Bob holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a MS in Computer Science, both from the University of Virginia.
Al Rouse
Business Unit Vice President, Professional Services
Al Rouse has been with the company since July of 1998, serving as Business Center Manager since October 2004 and Vice President since July 2005. Al is responsible for technology delivery to include: strategic consulting, managed services, and integrated solutions in North America. He manages several IT-centered contracts, and has customers within the Department of Defense, United States Postal Service, federal agencies, state and local governments, and commercial clients.
Prior to joining the company in 1998, he served as a career Naval officer serving in the Bureau of Naval Personnel and the Office of The Chief of Naval Operations. He holds a BA in from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1975), and an MS in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School (1986).
