Personnel Support

We’re known for our compassion and our ability to relate to government personnel and military personnel on a very personal level. This is what enables us to deliver the finest personnel support—from recruitment through retirement and beyond—we’re there every step of the career lifecycle. Our government personnel and military personnel support services include:

  • Recruitment

We understand military and government life first-hand, and have the skills and experience to effectively draw in top talent while communicating the rewards and benefits of proudly serving our nation.

  • Processing and administration

From processing to benefits administration to discharging—our administrative support experts enable you to remain operationally smooth.

  • Military career transition

Transitioning from military life to civilian life can present its own challenges and frustrations. We know this—we’ve been there. Our military career transition specialists work with individual solders to help them establish a firm footing in the civilian world, maximizing the same skills and abilities that made them successful in the military.

  • Family services

Millions of proud family members encounter unique challenges associated with government and military life—long deployments, relocations and many other elements big and small. We’re there for military families, and we’re known for our understanding, our ability to personally connect with them through support counseling. By helping to keep the families of government and military personnel strong we help keep our country strong. We are the proud partner of the Army Spouses Employment Partnership (ASEP) and other family services programs.

  • Wounded warrior support

Compassion. Motivation. Warriors inherently have the courage to overcome any challenge. We have the compassion and motivation to help them get there. We support courageous soldiers who have been affected while fulfilling their missions in every way we know how—through one-on-one counseling and emotional support, family counseling, and other services. We’re the proud partner of the Army Wounded Warrior Program.
