Aviation Services

We know the ins and outs of aviation services—we’ve been delivering aviation services for more than 50 years. We manage air traffic across more than 960,000 miles of airspace, handle more than six million aircraft movements a year at 90 airports around the world, and employ more than 700 Serco air traffic control specialists who help maintain flight safety.

We’ve earned the trust from our customers to deliver. In North America alone, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, Canadian Department of National Defence, state and local governments and airport authorities depend on us to deliver aviation services that help maintain safety in the air and on the ground.     We operate 57 air traffic control facilities in North America. And we are the experts in air traffic control operations, providing tower, approach/departure control, en route, and meteorological services, to help ensure the safety of aircraft and personnel.

    We deliver full life-cycle support for ATC and airfield equipment including design, fabrication, installation, integration, testing, maintenance, documentation and training.

    From master planning and zoning to environmental, security and passenger/cargo services, we deploy complete airport management solutions that enable airports to operate smoothly, efficiently and safely.

  • Meteorology

    Our meteorology experts interpret radar and satellite imagery and analyze data models to produce minute-by-minute aviation, marine and local forecasts that deliver the meteorological information aviation specialists rely upon to make safe, smart decisions.
