Description of Services:
The HRsolutions Studies and Analysis contract was established in 2004 to provide a centrally managed, reasonably priced contracting vehicle for a comprehensive range of HR services. The Army, other Military Services and non-DoD Federal Agencies face a variety of human resource issues, this vehicle provides a user friendly and rapid process to obtain comprehensive solutions. Organizations are re-examining their mission, purpose and structure and determining the most efficient and effective use of their resources. The HRsolutions Studies and Analysis vehicle is the instrument that can provide for a complete review of policies, strategy, programs, processes, resource allocation, training, organizational structure, and technologies that will enable the organization to met the future’s demands. The Studies and Analysis contract supports the Army’s decision making of top-level management and policy makers.
