Description of Services:
This two part contract is a key component of OPM's continued strategy to serve Federal agencies through the training and HR technical assistance program. The basic services offered under this contract are:
- Aligning the human resource management function and systems within the agencies mission and strategic objectives
- Creating management systems to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge in organizations
- Identifying outside resources to assist in implementing training and other HR solutions
Customized Human Capital provides support in:
- Human capital program management office support, to include program analysis, stakeholder coordination, program status reporting, capital asset planning, and management presentations
- Workforce planning
- Strategies and solutions for performance management, pay-for-performance, pay-banding, compensation and benefits
- Branding, recruitment, staffing, communications, and outreach strategies
- Management consulting, coaching, and mentoring
Customized Training and Learning Solutions provides support in:
- Classroom based training programs
- Technology-enabled learning interventions
- Blended learning solutions
- Web-based job aids and performance support strategies, to include enterprise-wide solutions such as help desks and call centers
- Training program management office support, to include course delivery and web-hosting for corporate universities, school houses, and HR departments
