Edward J. Casey, Jr.
 Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Serco Inc. (North America) Ed Casey is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Serco Inc., the North American division of Serco Group plc. Under his leadership, Serco has become a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government. Since joining Serco in early 2006, Mr. Casey led the integration of two acquisitions: RCI in 2006 and SI International in 2008. During this period, the business has grown organically at double-digit growth rates and expanded its presence to provide mission-critical services to every branch of the U.S. military, numerous federal civilian agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, and the intelligence community. Today, Serco has more than 11,500 employees with annual revenue of approximately 1.3 billion USD. Mr. Casey has more than 25 years of experience as a growth-oriented business executive, financier and entrepreneur. Before joining Serco, Mr. Casey was president of Lowell Partners LLC, a private investment firm specializing in energy projects and in providing growth capital to small businesses. Prior to founding Lowell Partners, he was a managing director with UBS Warburg LLC, providing investment banking services to large-capitalization companies. He also has been a managing partner of the Fremont Group, where he was responsible for private equity investments focused in the communications, energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Casey is recognized as one of the executives who helped shape the deregulated energy industry, launching one of the utility industry’s first fully competitive power project development and marketing businesses and securing the first federal approval of a utility-affiliated marketing operation. He also served as president and chief operating officer of Tenneco Energy, where he was responsible for one of the nation’s largest natural gas pipeline systems, energy marketing and the development of natural gas pipeline and electric power generation projects worldwide. He later founded NP Energy, which grew to be the fourteenth largest electricity marketer in the United States in its second year of operation. Mr. Casey began his career in investment banking with The Blackstone Group and other Wall Street firms, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Casey earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and a master of business administration degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He serves on the Global Management Board of Serco Group plc and the Board of Directors of Serco Defense, Science and Technology. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council, the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and the Public Sector Board of Directors of TechAmerica. He has been personally active in philanthropic, academic and civic activities, and is a vice chairman of the Kennedy Center's Corporate Fund. Richard “Dick” Galanis
 Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Utilizing more than 30 years of experience with large growth companies in the federal contracting sector, Dick Galanis is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management systems and processes while supporting acquisition integration. Prior to joining Serco in 2008, Mr. Galanis was the chief financial officer of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), where he successfully integrated several key acquisitions, including the 1.5 billion USD Veridian acquisition in 2003 that more than doubled business unit revenue. In 2001 Mr. Galanis led the successful financial integration of four high-tech defense electronics businesses separately acquired by General Dynamics which created GDAIS. Prior to the 1999 General Dynamics acquisition of GTE Government Systems, Mr. Galanis served as director of finance for the GTE Government Systems Electronic Systems division, where he strengthened the finance group by creating a customer-focused culture and improved collaboration within the business units. Mr. Galanis holds a BS in Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College. Bo Durickovic
 Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff Bo Durickovic is responsible for the service delivery of several key staff functions within the business including Communications, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Corporate Development and Strategy. Mr. Durickovic will continue to focus on identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new industry sectors, pursuing acquisitions and industry partnerships, and directing the company’s strategic planning. Mr. Durickovic has more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing and corporate strategy in the energy and technology industries. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and then gained experience in sales and marketing, assisting two early-stage companies, NP Energy and Trilogy. Mr. Durickovic was vice president of business development and corporate strategy for IMARK, an early-stage software company that was sold for 340 million USD to FreeMarkets. He was also co-founder of two companies; Phiware, a company that provides enterprise business-planning software solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and IMON, a producer of new media properties. Mr. Durickovic also served briefly as senior corporate strategy consultant to Dell Inc. Mr. Durickovic holds an undergraduate degree with Highest Distinction in Economics from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar. Harry Gatanas
Senior Vice President, Defense & Intelligence Group Harry Gatanas has more than 33 years of experience as a leader in the Department of Defense acquisition and procurement. As senior vice president Defense and Intelligence Group, Mr. Gatanas is responsible for a significant portion of the company’s business with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence community. He oversees the company’s C4I systems, networks and telecommunications services, engineering and enterprise architectures, program management and acquisition support to include economic analysis activities, military satellite systems, information operations, and all logistics and maintenance functions. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Gatanas served as the executive vice president, strategic programs, SI International. Mr. Gatanas also served as president and CEO for MFN Global Services, L.L.C., a fiber optic telecommunications provider for federal, state, local, and international clients specializing in global information-grid solutions. Mr. Gatanas’s government service included duties as the senior acquisition executive for the National Security Agency (NSA). Mr. Gatanas also served in the U.S. Army and is a retired General with over 28 years of leadership, contracting and acquisition experience. Mr. Gatanas studied at Harvard’s Center for Management Research, the U.S. Army War College, and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching, Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, City College of New York. George M. Anastasi
 Senior Vice President, Defense Personnel Services Group George Anastasi is responsible for several major Department of Defense outsourcing services programs focused on serving a wide range of needs of military veterans and their families, including recruiting, education/training, processing, career transition and retirement. Prior to joining the company in 1985, he served as a career Naval officer serving at sea in several ships and holding positions in the Navy Military Personnel Command, and the Office of The Chief of Naval Operations. Mr. Anastasi holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from State University of New York (1963), and an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College (1981). Steve Sieke 
Senior Vice President, IT and Professional Services Group Steve Sieke heads Serco's IT & Professional Services Group, which oversees four of the company's operating business units that are focused on providing applications development, IT consulting services, professional services and learning/human capital solutions for our federal clients. Steve joins Serco after serving as Partner and Federal Industry leader for IBM Global Business Services, where he led a major civilian agency consulting business in a period of successful growth and interfaced with numerous federal departments. Prior to his IBM experience, Steve spent more than a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Mr. Sieke earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Masters in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law. Mike Becraft
Senior Vice President, Federal Civilian Services Group Mike Becraft leads the Federal Civilian Services Group, an organization consisting of four major business units with over 4,400 personnel providing direct support to federal, provincial, and state and local governments in North America. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Becraft was the executive vice president for mission services at SI International and led the homeland security and mission-critical outsourcing business units. Prior to his position with SI International, Mr. Becraft served in the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for 10 years. One of his last major responsibilities was to manage the restructuring and transition of the agency from the Department of Justice into the new Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Becraft is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 26 years of service. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Niagara University, a Master of Arts in Political Science from Appalachian State University, and an MBA from Marymount University. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and the National War College in Washington, DC. Mark Wrigley 
Senior Vice President, Business DevelopmentAs senior vice president of Business Development, Mark Wrigley reports directly to the CEO for the corporate marketing activities including strategic marketing planning, major program initiatives, bids and proposals and customer retention. He brings to Serco nearly 30 years of executive sales and management experience, including leading new market initiatives and program start-ups in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to his role here at Serco, Mr. Wrigley served as a Partner in Federal Sales for IBM Business Consulting Services, where he was IBM Public Sector's large deal capture team leader. Before that, he held several positions of increasing responsibility at Unisys, including Vice President of Marketing Program Portfolio Management in London, England. Mr. Wrigley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University. He has also completed a year of legal studies at Albany Law school and the Executive Development Action Forum at the Wharton School. Louis Montgomery
 Senior Vice President, Human Resources Louis Montgomery leads the Human Resources functions, which include managing the staffing, individual and organization development, rewards and recognition programs for the company. Mr. Montgomery brings more than 25 years of experience in senior level staffing, performance management, compensation planning, employee/labor relations, succession planning and diversity management. Prior to joining Serco, he served as the North American director of human resources for AES Corporation and spent several years as a senior HR professional at several major Fortune 500 firms, including IBM, Frito Lay, Kraft Foods and Phillip Morris. He has worked in a wide variety of settings, including manufacturing plants, sales office and corporate headquarters and has lived and worked in nine different locations during his career, including a year-long project assignment in Sao Paola, Brazil. Mr. Montgomery holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification with the Society for Human Resources Management and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Jim Daniel
 Senior Vice President, General Counsel Jim Daniel has more than 17 years of legal experience in the government and commercial services sector. In his role as general counsel, his duties include general corporate legal affairs, transactional agreements, employment law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance and reporting. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Daniel served as senior vice president, general counsel & secretary at SI International. Mr. Daniel previously served as in-house counsel for The University of Memphis. In this capacity, he focused on transactional and intellectual property matters, with particular focus on legal matters related to sponsored research, licensing, and technology transfer. Mr. Daniel is admitted to practice law under the Corporate Counsel designation in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Counsel since 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with majors in Finance and Management, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and a Juris Doctor from Memphis State University. Ron Lewis
 Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Ron Lewis is responsible for technology strategy, including strategic planning, client system-integration consulting, and applications development. Mr. Lewis most recently managed several IT-centered contracts, including contracts with the Department of Defense, civilian federal agencies, state and local governments, and commercial clients. Prior to joining the company in 1999, he was a principal with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. responsible for information technology business focused on document imaging, distance learning, financial management, and interactive electronic technical manuals. Previously, he was vice president of technology with Epcom Corporation and manager of design services with Tandem Computers, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and has completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering at Boston University. Bob Mutchler
 Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Bob Mutchler is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new industry sectors, pursuing mergers, acquisitions and industry partnerships, and directing the company’s strategic planning. His business development background spans over 20 years in the defense and IT industries. He has worked in all facets of operations for companies including CGI-AMS (formerly American Management Systems), Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, GRC International, Harris Corporation and L-3 Titan Corporation. Mr. Mutchler holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a master's degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Virginia. Michael Plymack
Senior Vice President, Strategic Programs  Michael Plymack is responsible for leading the planning and development of programs to support the strategic growth of the company i nto new business initiatives including the healthcare sector and he plays a key role in merger and acquisition activities. He also oversees the corporate Program Management Office and Mission Assurance functions. Mr. Plymack brings to Serco more than 30 years of public sector and commercial experience in the areas of business solutions development, information technology (IT) sales and services, and business operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Health Solutions Division at Vangent, Inc. Prior to this assignment, he was President of Health and Human Services Systems at MAXIMUS, Inc and earlier, Vice President and Public Sector Practice Leader for IBM Global Services. Mr. Plymack graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry. Alan Hill
 Vice President, Corporate Communications Alan Hill has more than 20 years of experience in implementing integrated communications campaigns and developing image-branding strategies. As vice president of corporate communications, Mr. Hill manages the company’s external and internal relations and executes programs that enhance the company’s brand and reputation. He oversees public/media relations, marketing communications, and employee communications. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Hill served as vice president of corporate communications and investor relations at SI International. He developed and executed the company’s “Rapid Response, Rapid Deployment” brand identity and established the investor relations department during the company’s initial public offering (IPO). Mr. Hill previously was director of public relations for Intermedia Communications, where he served as company spokesman for one of the nation’s fastest growing telecommunications companies during its 4 billion USD merger. Hill also held management positions in public relations and business marketing communications at Bell Atlantic before, during, and after its merger with NYNEX. At Bell Atlantic, he received the “Leadership for Excellence” award and was selected to the company’s “Leadership for the Millennium” program. For over 10 years, Mr. Hill worked for U.S. Senator Phil Gramm in various senior-level communications positions, including national director in the Senate Office, director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and deputy campaign manager. In these roles, he created over 2,200 theme-oriented media events across the country that supported Senator Gramm’s key policy initiatives and campaigns.
