Alliant - Serco offers proven expertise in high-quality IT solutions, in-depth knowledge of our customers and their missions, and strong leadership and management disciplines specifically focused on the Alliant program.

National Security Personnel System (NSPS) - Under this program, Serco provides a civilian personnel management system that provides the DoD with necessary tools to compensate and reward its most valuable assets, its employees.
