August 12, 2010 – Serco today announced that its Mentor-Protégé Agreement
with Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc. (VETS) has been
approved by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Small
and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. Serco and VETS’ commitment to a
formal mentoring relationship will provide beneficial business
development opportunities for both companies, and enhance the range of
capabilities they can offer to DHS.

Serco Unit Processes 1,000,000th Patent Application for U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
May 20, 2010 – Serco today announced that its Pre-Grant Publication
(PGPubs) Classification Services team recently processed the 1,000,000th
application for its customer, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
(USPTO). Since being awarded the USPTO contract, the
Serco PGPubs team has processed an average of 350,000 applications
annually – or about 1,350 applications on a typical day.

Serco Wins $14 Million U.S. Air Force Materiel Command Contract to Provide Logistics Support

to support the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command with analytical, technical and
programmatic support for depot maintenance management oversight
programs. This work is valued at approximately $14 million, over

Serco Wins Position on $1.3 Billion U.S. Army HRsolutions Program Office Studies & Analysis ID/IQ Contract
April 6, 2010 –
Serco announced that the U.S. Army has
awarded the Company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ)
contract to compete for task orders under the HRsolutions Program Office
for the Studies and Analysis contract. The contract will support the
Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Manpower and Reserve Affairs
(M&RA). Serco is among 12 awardees on the $1.3 billion ID/IQ
contract over a five-year period, one-year base and four one-year option
periods.

Serco Wins $84 Million U.S. Navy ID/IQ Contract to Provide Hazardous Material Program Logistics Support
April 1, 2010 – Serco announced today that the company has received a single award ID/IQ contract with the U.S.
Navy’s Commander, Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers.
Serco will assist with the implementation of the Consolidated HAZMAT Reutilization and Inventory Management Program and
provide logistical support for procurement, management, issuance and
disposal of HAZMAT products and chemicals. The recompete contract has a
six-month base period with three one-year option periods and is valued
at approximately $84 million, inclusive of the options.

awarded a contract to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Contract Tower (FCT) Program. Under this contract, Serco will provide
air traffic control services at 64 sites in the United States and
Pacific region. The contract is valued at approximately $170 million
over 5 years.

Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to provide comprehensive
