May 22, 2006 -- Bob Mutchler joins Serco as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the North America division. Bob will report to CEO Ed Casey, and be responsible for building and leading a centralized business development group, assisting in identifying new business opportunities, and growing Serco’s proposal backlog.
Bob’s business development background spans over 20 years in the defense and IT industries. He has worked in all facets of operations for companies including CGI-AMS (formerly American Management Systems), Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, GRC International, Harris Corporation and most recently, as Vice President, Capture Management, responsible for capture and proposal management of a $400 million Enterprise IT division for L-3 Titan Corporation.
