Serco Names Strategy Officer for North America

June 1, 2006 -- Bo Durickovic, an industry consultant, business founder and marketing executive in the technology and energy sectors, has joined Serco Inc. as Corporate Strategy Officer. In this new position reporting to chairman and CEO, Durickovic will be identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new industry sectors, assisting business units in building plans to meet their growth targets, identifying capabilities necessary to successfully compete in selected markets and broadening competitor analysis. He will also be responsible for leading mergers and acquisition activities and coordinating high-level partnership initiatives.

Durickovic has more than ten years of experience in sales, marketing and corporate strategy in the energy and technology industries. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and later assisted two early stage companies, NP Energy and Trilogy, in identifying and developing programs to successfully enter new markets. He was Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy for IMARK, an early stage software company that was sold for $340 million to FreeMarkets. He was also co-founder of two companies; Phiware, a company that provides enterprise business planning software solutions to Fortune 500 companies and IMON, a producer of mass new media game shows. Durickovic also served briefly as Senior Corporate Strategy Consultant to Dell Inc.

He holds an undergraduate degree with Highest Distinction in Economics from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar and a Rhodes Scholar finalist.
