Case Study:  Enterprise Architecture Innovation Serco developed a second generation UML Animator that produces 2-dimensional visualizations of scenarios and mission threads, enabling stakeholders to see an active visualization of the processes and information exchanges involved in mission execution. Case Study:  Air Force Space Command IT Initiatives Serco enabled the United States Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to reduce support costs and improve service levels under tight deadlines through the successful consolidation and deployment of core services, improving the reliability of AFSPC’s space weapon system information and its ability to provide information to the warfighter.  Case Study:  Air Force Space Command Enterprise Network Management Facility Serco engineered, furnished and installed an aggressive IT reengineering program to consolidate the management of mission-critical information for the Air Force Space Command’s Enterprise Network Management Facility.
