Dan Allen

Daniel (Dan) D. Allen, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to every branch of the U.S. military, numerous U.S. federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, the Government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial clients. Mr. Allen oversees the $1.2 billion business with approximately 10,000 employees providing support in the areas of communication & information systems, logistics & program management, human capital management, transportation & infrastructure, and business process outsourcing. He brings over 30 years of organizational leadership experience within the intelligence and information technology industry.

Prior to his role at Serco, Mr. Allen served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of CACI International Inc, after working his way up through the organization and serving in the positions of President of US Operations, and Chief Operating Officer of US Operations. In these roles, he managed and oversaw the growth of all of CACI's U.S. business groups.

Before his career at CACI International, Mr. Allen served as Sector Vice President and General Manager of Northrop Grumman's Intelligence Systems Division, the largest division in the company's Information Systems Sector. He led a division focused on providing specialized intelligence systems, operations, and enterprise IT services to the Intelligence Community. He delivered cyberspace systems and operations support to intelligence, DoD, and federal civilian clients. And he oversaw the Northrop Grumman internal Information Security Operations. In addition to growing revenue, his achievements included delivering continuous margin improvement and executing successful acquisitions.

Mr. Allen also held senior roles at General Dynamics Network Systems IT and started his career at TRW, which was later acquired by Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1982, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 1986, and a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University in 1997.

Gary Shankman

As CFO, Gary Shankman leads the corporate finance and accounting functions as well as certain other administrative functions.

Mr. Shankman brings to Serco more than 30 years of government contracting experience. For the past eight years, he was CFO for the Defense Solutions Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and oversaw the accounting and finance operations involving $5 billion in annual revenue and 14,000 employees. While at SAIC, he led efforts focused on driving the business including strategic planning, business process transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Shankman began his career with Arthur Andersen where he provided both auditing and consulting services to government contractors, including compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards. In addition to his consulting background, he has held previous positions as a corporate controller and head of mergers and acquisitions.

Candy Curtin

Candy Curtin has more than 20 years of HR experience in the government and commercial sector. At Serco, Mrs. Curtin oversees Serco's Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, Recruitment, Business Support, and Talent Management.

Mrs. Curtin has been with Serco since the acquisition of RCI in 2005 and joined RCI in 2001. She served in many capacities in the HR department of both companies prior to be named Interim Head of HR in January 2012.

Mrs. Curtin previously served as Head of HR for the State Department Credit Unit, Director Compensation and Benefits for a health care division of Revlon and as an ERISA consultant for a boutique law firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University.

Dave Dacquino

David Dacquino serves as Senior Vice President of the Defense Services Business Unit. Mr. Dacquino oversees the Company's work in the areas of ship and shore/base modernization, hardware integration, acquisition and program management, logistics support, and personnel readiness.

Mr. Dacquino brings to Serco more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aeronautics and technical services industry. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of SkyLink, a leading aviation and logistics service provider with international operations in over 60 countries.  Prior to his position at SkyLink, Mr. Dacquino served as the CEO of VT Group, a technology integrator with a strong focus on C4ISR, transportation, logistics, and facilities management.   He also served as Vice President and lead executive of Raytheon Technical Services Company's integrated support solutions division.

Mr. Dacquino also had a 20-year career at Lockheed Martin, where he ultimately held the position of Vice President and General Manager of logistic services and oversaw more than 3,500 personnel at 75 locations worldwide.

David Cummins

David Cummins serves as Senior Vice President of Serco's Transportation business unit. He is responsible for managing and growing the Company's work in the Transportation sector, including the areas of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), fleet management, aviation and air traffic control, rail, and parking.

Cummins brings to Serco more than 15 years of experience in the areas of transportation and mobility solutions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Mobility Solutions for Xerox, where he led the Company's strategic growth initiative to create a service line that integrates public and private providers of transportation. He led numerous innovation projects and has been awarded 11 patents to date.

Previously, Cummins managed the Parking and Justice solutions lines of business at Xerox. Prior to that, he led strategy, sales, marketing, and acquisitions for the Transportation division with operations in over 30 countries. Prior to joining Xerox, David was Director of Operations Planning & Management for the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic organizing committee. And in 2003, he was a recipient of the International Project of the Year Award, presented by the Project Management Institute, for his work during the Winter Olympic Games.

Cummins holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Messiah College.

Jack Ginsburg

As Senior Vice President of Business Development for Serco, Jack Ginsburg is responsible for company-wide pipeline development, capture, proposal and bidding efforts.  Mr. Ginsburg is responsible for leading the Company's cross-selling and identifying opportunities with adjacent customers and in our chosen markets.

Mr. Ginsburg brings to Serco more than 25 years of domestic and international marketing and business development experience in systems integration, program management, business process outsourcing and IT markets.  Most recently, he served for three years as Senior Vice President - Global Sales and Corporate Marketing for Daon, a biometric identity management company, and for six years in executive positions at MAXIMUS, a health and human services administrator for governments in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Australia.

David Goldberg

As General Counsel, David Goldberg is responsible for Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit, Trade Compliance, and Security. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Serco Inc. Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Goldberg was Chief Counsel at AOL. He began his legal career in private practice, first at Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge and later at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi.

Mr. Goldberg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Alan Hill

Alan Hill has more than 25 years of experience in implementing integrated communications campaigns and developing image-branding strategies. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Government Relations, Mr. Hill manages the company's external and internal relations and executes programs that enhance the company's brand and reputation. He oversees public/media relations, marketing communications, government relations, and employee communications.

Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Hill served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at SI International. He developed and executed the company's "Rapid Response, Rapid Deployment" brand identity and established the investor relations department during the company's initial public offering (IPO). Mr. Hill previously was Director of Public Relations for Intermedia Communications, where he served as company spokesman for one of the nation's fastest growing telecommunications companies during its $4 billion merger. Hill also held management positions in public relations and business marketing communications at Bell Atlantic before, during, and after its merger with NYNEX. At Bell Atlantic, he received the "Leadership for Excellence" award and was selected to the company's "Leadership for the Millennium" program. For over 10 years, Mr. Hill worked for U.S. Senator Phil Gramm in various senior-level communications positions, including National Director in the Senate Office, Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Deputy Campaign Manager. In these roles, he created over 2,200 theme-oriented media events across the country that supported Senator Gramm's key policy initiatives and campaigns.

Mr. Hill holds a bachelor of business administration degree in business management from Texas A&M University.

Al Pisani

Al Pisani is responsible for Serco's corporate development, strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions, program management center of excellence and customer satisfaction activities. He serves on Serco's leadership team with a focus on market growth and expanding the Company's capabilities.

Mr. Pisani brings more than 30 years of government contracting experience. Prior to joining Serco, he spent nearly five years as a Senior Vice President at TASC, overseeing the company's Intelligence Group. There he led efforts focused on delivering specialized mission engineering, integration and tactical operations expertise to core Intelligence Community members, specifically the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency, among others.

Prior to that role he served in numerous leadership positions as Corporate Officer at Northrup Grumman, heading up business development in the civilian sector and also working in their Homeland Security Program Management Office. In these capacities, Mr. Pisani was responsible for developing market strategies for the $4B in revenue business.

Dirk Smith

Dirk Smith oversees Serco's management of Contracts, Procurement, Pricing and Facilities. He works with the Company's business units and provides insight as we continue to focus on contract performance.

Mr. Smith has more than 33 years of experience in the government services sector. Prior to joining Serco, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Contracts at Resource Consultants, Inc. (RCI). Prior to RCI, he served as Vice President, Contracts at Executive Resource Associates.

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance from Old Dominion University.

Andrew Shnuriwsky oversees all Serco operations in Canada with a strong focus on growing the Company's Canadian business in the areas of Citizen Services, Defense, Transportation and Health.

Mr. Shnuriwsky brings more than 23 years of experience in corporate management, business development, and strategic planning to this position. Most recently he served as Head of Infosys Public Services and Infosys Limited in Canada with oversight of operations, business development, customer relationships, and government relations.  Prior to Infosys, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Booz & Company.

Chris Sullivan

As Chief Information Officer, Chris Sullivan leads the corporate Information Technology (IT) department and oversees the strategic direction of Serco's IT systems to support the business.

Mr. Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in the IT arena. Prior to joining Serco, he was CIO of CSC's North American Public Sector. At CSC, he was responsible for the strategic direction, operations, and overall business management of the internal IT environment for a $6 billion business unit with more than 29,000 employees worldwide. Before joining CSC in 2003, Mr. Sullivan held various positions in IT strategy, operations and software development at AT&T, DynCorp, and Network Access Solutions.

Carlo Uchello

As the lead for Serco's Citizen Services business, Carlo Uchello is responsible for the successful delivery of all programs in this area, including the CMS Eligibility Support contract, the FRTIB suite of contracts, the PGPubs contract with USPTO and various learning and organizational development programs.  Mr. Uchello is also responsible for the growth of the Citizen Services Business Unit and works with the business development team to identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.

Carlo has more than 30 years of public sector experience in such areas as business consulting, information technology, and contact center operations.  Most recently he served as the Vice President, Education and Financial Services, for General Dynamics and Vangent, where he managed programs with the US Department of Education and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Prior to those roles, he was a Partner at Accenture where he led the US Department of the Treasury practice within the Federal Consulting Group.
