Description of Services:
The Army's HRsolutions Personnel Services Support (PSS) Contract
is designed to meet the HR needs of the Army at all levels as well as the
needs of the Department of Defense, the other Military Services, and non-Defense
Federal Agencies. The contract's scope incorporates a wide range of personnel
support functions such as family support; career development; transition and
job assistance; military personnel support operations; civilian personnel
support operations; transition center operations; identification card and
common access card issuance well-being; military awards; program management,
and; information technology support to HR operations. Awarded in the September
of 2004, the HRsolutions PSS Contract is already providing cost-effective
support to the Army's Global War on Terror operations as well as the families
of those Soldiers engaged in combat operations. The HRsolutions PSS Contract
is the successor to the groundbreaking HR XXI Contract that provided a wide
range of HR services to the Army, other Defense activities, and many federal
agencies. As one of two HR XXI Contractors, Serco provided more than $280
Million of HR services over a period of five years. Like its predecessor,
the HRsolutions PSS Contract offers users a friendly and very rapid contracting
process that guides customers from SOW creation through award.

Description of Services:
The HRsolutions Recruiting and Retention
contract is a broad based contract with the Department of the Army. This contract
provides a wide range of recruiting and retention services aimed at increasing
the overall readiness posture of the United States Army, the DoD military
services, and federal agencies.
Under this contract, Serco will assist the Army in recruiting, retention,
family support services and other related programs that have an impact on
enlistment/reenlistment and retention. These services consist primarily of
support to military recruiting and retention programs that include:

- Personnel processing and tracking
- Information handling
- Recruiting
- Outplacement
- Retention
- Counseling

Under this contract, Serco will be assisting the Army, including

is intended to enable the Army, DoD, and other federal agencies to contract
these critical services rapidly in support of worldwide operations.
