In support of the U.S. Army’s Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), Serco’s economic cost analysis and program management expertise saved over $500M in cost avoidance. Serco’s program management experts assisted the U.S. Army in awarding $7.75B in LOGCAP task orders.

In support of the U.S. Navy’s Ordnance Information System, Serco manages the $25 billion non-nuclear ordnance inventory at three CONUS locations. Our analysis and database tools allow the U.S Navy and Marine Corps real-time ordnance inventory insight.
