April 2, 2012 – Serco announced today that it has been awarded a position on the new Consultant, Advisory, and Technical Services (CATS) contract vehicle that will provide support services to the U.S. Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) at 69 Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities in the United States and its territories. Serco is among 13 awardees on the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, which is valued at $985 million over a five-year ordering period.

March 8, 2012 – The Company has been awarded a contract to perform the full range of technical support services for sustainment and operations of the Active Army Strength Forecaster (A2SF) System.

March 7, 2012 – Serco announced today that the Company has been awarded a contract to support Naval Sea Systems Command Integrated Undersea Surveillance System Logistics Support Facility. The contract has a nine-month base period and four one-year options with a value of $19 million, if all options are exercised.

March 5, 2012 – Serco today announced the appointment of two new business development leaders in the Company’s Federal Civilian Services Group. Jack Ginsburg has been appointed Vice President of Business Development, and Carlo Uchello has been appointed Vice President of Customer Programs.

January 17, 2012 – The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) hosts a major Veteran-focused career fair and exposition to provide job opportunities, employment services and information on benefits available to Veterans. Federal agencies, public and private sector organizations will be on hand to interview Veterans for over 5,000 job openings and extend tentative job offers.

December 28, 2011 – Serco has been awarded a Task Order to support the Aeronautical Systems Center, Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Personnel Recovery Division (ASC/WIS) in the areas of engineering and acquisition, financial, and logistics management. The Task Order has a seven month base period and two additional option periods with a ceiling value of $13.5 million over 25 months.

December 21, 2011 – Serco has been awarded an ID/IQ contract to provide engineering, testing, and support services to the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). The re-competed contract vehicle has a ceiling value of $34 million for Serco over five years, which includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, if all option years are exercised.

December 7, 2011 – Serco has been awarded an ID/IQ contract to provide Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) planning support, policy and program analysis, financial program management, and training solutions for the U.S. Navy. Serco’s work under the ID/IQ contract has a ceiling value of $47 million over three years.

December 6, 2011 – Serco today announced that the Company has been awarded a task order, under the HRsolutions contract, to support the U.S. Army through its Army OneSource Initiative, which was established to provide Soldiers and their Families with access to information, programs and services. The re-competed contract is valued at $32.7 million, with a one-year base period and two one-year options periods, if all options are exercised.

November 10, 2011 – Serco announced today that the U.S. Army has awarded the Company a new indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide support services for the Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) at Fort Benning, Georgia. The contract vehicle supports the development of training strategies, doctrine, capabilities, analysis, instruction, and products for the current and future force. Serco is among seven large business awardees on the $458 million ID/IQ contract.

November 3, 2011 – Serco announced that the Company has been awarded a new task order under the U.S. Army HRsolutions Studies and Analysis (S&A) ID/IQ contract to support the Army’s Civilian Workforce Transformation (CWT) Campaign Plan. The task order has a one-year base period and two one-year options with a value of $10 million, if all options are exercised.

October 18, 2011 – Serco announced today that Christi (Lexi) Alexander has been named Vice President of Business Development for the Defense & Intelligence (D&I) group. Ms. Alexander will support Serco’s long-term growth goals and will oversee the Company’s BD efforts within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

September 26, 2011 – Serco announced today that Bo Durickovic, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff, has been named one of Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Honorees. The 40 Under 40 Awards recognize the Washington area’s top business leaders and owners under 40 years of age who exhibited outstanding performance for their companies.

September 1, 2011 – Serco announced that the U.S. Army has awarded the Company a contract to support the Human Resources Command’s and US Army’s Installation Management Command’s Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP). Under this contract, Serco will provide transition and employment assistance to Soldiers, Army civilians, and family members transitioning out of the military.

July 27, 2011 – Serco today announced the winners of its second annual Serco Scholars Program. The company invited Serco employees with college-age dependent children to submit applications and compete for one of ten $5,000 scholarships to attend the college of their choice. Applications were ranked based on three criteria: academic excellence, leadership achievements, and service to the community.

May 2, 2011 – Serco is proud to announce that Maureen Baginski, Vice President of Serco’s Intelligence Services, received the FBI Intelligence Analysts Association (IAA) Award. Ms. Baginski was recognized for her work from 2003 to 2005, when she served as the FBI’s Executive Assistant Director for Intelligence.

January 31, 2011 – Serco announced today that the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) has named the Company as one of four award winners for an ID/IQ contract. Serco will support the Navy in the installation and testing of C4ISR systems. The contract has a ceiling value of $1.4 billion over a three-year base period with a two-year option period.
