RESTON, VIRGINIA – February 22, 2017 – Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services to the Federal, State, and Local governments, today announced that Dan Allen, Chairman and CEO of Serco Inc. informed the Serco Group plc Board of Directors of his plans to retire by midyear 2017. A search to include both internal and external candidates will commence immediately for Dan’s replacement.
